Chicken Biryani with Bathua /chenopodium / goosefoot Raita/ Curd .....!! Bathua leaves were washed , Blanched and churned into a smooth paste . It was then added to the beaten curd and seasoned with rock salt, roasted Zeera/ cumin powder & little jaggery . The recipe inspiration of Bathua Raita comes from Neha ️ . . Have a happy weekend
